Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of related experience required. ATC, CPR, and First Aid certification required. Experience in contact/collision sports, soft tissue manipulation, supervisory and working directly with medical providers preferred. Proficient with computer software and in spelling, punctuation, grammar and basic business math. Excellent oral and written communication skills, good judgment and organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to think critically and solve problems. Handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion. Ability to operate standard office equipment such as personal computer, laser printer, typewriter, copy machine, telephone, calculator, fax machine, etc. Finger and wrist dexterity and hand/eye coordination to perform keyboard functions. Moderate physical effort (lifting/moving up to 50 pounds) walking, prolonged standing, reaching and/or grasping, stooping, kneeling, bending, crawling and crouching, carrying, pushing/pulling.
