The College of William & Mary is seeking an outstanding individual with the following qualifications: demonstrated coaching skills, preferably at the NCAA Division I level; strong communication skills; and familiarity with selective academic institutions. Responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects involved in running a successful collegiate gymnastics program, including student-athlete recruitment and development, budget management, team operations, scheduling, assisting in fund raising efforts for the program, and compliance with College, Colonial Athletic Association and NCAA policies and regulations. Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred. Prior collegiate playing and/or coaching experience. Skills or competencies related to the sport. CPR Certification or the ability to obtain within six months of employment. Current NCAA certification or completed within six months of employment.
