This is a full-time, benefit eligible position and will assist the Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations with all facets of sport ticketing operations to include sales reporting and reconciliations, interfacing with Archtics and Ticketmaster systems, oversight of the sale and distribution of tickets to assigned sporting/special events; providing exceptional customer service, conflict resolution and enforcement of NCAA regulations as they relate to ticketing for at home and away competitions to include recruits, high school coaches, players, families, general public, booster and donors; assist with the student athletic pass distribution and student ticket pick-up for the sports of Football and Men's Basketball; supervision of game day ticket sellers to ensure adherence to policies; works directly with boosters and donors to fulfill donor related benefits for season tickets including allocation and distribution of priority parking passes in accordance with established policies and procedures; assists with hiring, supervising and training of part-time staff to include training on ticket systems procedures, cash/creditcard/student charge handling procedures and customer service; assist with annual season ticket renewal mailings and oversees the sale of tickets when hosting special events (SEC Championships, NCAA/NIT Tournaments).
