| The Department of Athletics at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a full time Director of Scouting and Video Services/Special Assistant to the Head Coach for Women’s Basketball. |
Required qualifications include: Master’s degree with a minimum of one-year experience on a college basketball staff. Must have knowledge of NCAA rules/regulations and knowledge and experience coordinating video and scouting programs.
Preferred qualifications include minimum of five years of Division 1 coaching experience, demonstrated technological savvy and strong public speaking skills.
Responsibilities include working independently as well as collaboratively on projects and initiatives designed to support the academic and developmental success of Women’s Basketball student-athletes and the competitive success of the Women’s Basketball Program. This individual will direct scouting and video services, will serve as a liaison with Athletics Department Staff, will support the Head Coach with internal and external events and engagements, and will execute other responsibilities as assigned. The successful candidate will carry out the work of the position in a highly professional and respectful manner and will ensure that all events and activities are conducted in compliance with all departmental, University, ACC and NCAA rules, policies and guiding principles.
