Kent State University is hiring two Assistant Directors for Compliance positions.
Under the leadership of the Director of Compliance, the Assistant Director(s) for Compliance will assist the implementation and management of a comprehensive athletics compliance program to include the development of policies and procedures for monitoring and maintaining strict compliance with all NCAA Division I, Conference, and University rules and regulations and the reporting of any violation of the rules to the appropriate office(s). 1. One position will have primary oversight of financial aid (bylaw 15) and education 2. One position will have primary responsibilities with bylaws 13, 16 & 17
Additional Experiences Desired: Knowledge of JumpForward and/or other compliance software, Development of educational materials for meetings with coaches, student-athletes and administrators; Experience with RSRO (violations, interpretations, waivers, etc.); Well-organized, thorough and accurate in planning, preparation, and processing of work-related materials and activities; Demonstrated success in building relationships with other departments on campus
Bachelor’s degree in a relavent field and two to three years of related experience required
