To help support the work of the University we have an immediate opening for an Associate Women’s Basketball Coach. The Associate Women’s Basketball Coach reports to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach.
Assist in all aspects of the Chatham University Basketball Program, which is a member of the NCAA - Division III and the President Athletics Conference (PAC).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Run all aspects of the program on an interim basis when Head Coach goes out on leave including practice, games, and recruiting. Assist in coordinating athletic planning, program development and assessment of student-athletes’ performance, retention, personal development and leadership development. Assist in supporting campus endeavors and coordinate athletic events to enhance campus community and school pride. Represent the women’s basketball staff at on campus events.
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years coaching experience at the college level (Division III Experience as a coach or student-athlete preferred).
