Teamworks is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our Account Services team as an Account Manager. The ideal Account Manager will have excellent communication skills, customer service experience, a strong understanding of business principles and operational strategy, excellent organization, and a demonstrated history of hard work, teamwork, and strong interpersonal interactions.
The Account Manager is best suited for someone with at least three (3) years experience in atheltics, customer service, account management, or information technology.

Account Manager Duties:
Quickly learn athletic operations management and develop a thorough understanding of each account’s environment
Set up and implement new accounts
Respond promptly to customer service requests for all accounts
Independently assess a client’s usage, develop/execute plans for improvement and follow through to ensure customer happiness and retention
Manage assigned accounts throughout the lifetime of the account contract to support the team’s goal of never losing a customer
Teach new and existing customers how to utilize the product and communicate any system updates to applicable individuals
Collaborate internally to solve problems and enhance company culture and customer experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Contribute to office culture, attend company retreats and events, and support all other staff members
