Manage the Recreation Division and administrative operations of the Parks and Recreation Department including personnel management, policy administration, and community partnership development. Oversee complex projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director. Prepare, administer, and monitor the Parks and Recreation Department budget, ensuring fiscal management and program accountability.

Bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration or a related field, providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to prefrom the essential functions of the position.
Seven years of increasingly responsible work experience in recreation, administration, or related field, including at least three years of supervisory experience.
Experience in building and maintaining partnerships with other agencies.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background and/or criminal history check.
