Representatives will provide customer service to current OSU Athletics customers, with the goal of improving customer retention rates for season ticket sales. Strong communication skills, strong computer skills, and bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience working in collegiate athletics and/or a ticket office and knowledge of applicable Big XII and NCAA rules and regulations preferred.
