The University of Miami is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time, 12-month position of Associate AD for Communications & Digital Strategy. This position is responsible for overseeing all communications and digital efforts for all University of Miami teams and areas within the Athletics Department. Serving as an integral part of the external leadership team, the Associate AD, Communications and Digital Strategy will be responsible for the oversight and development of all Athletics Department digital and communications strategies.

Education Requirements (Essential Requirements):
Bachelor’s degree required
Work Experience Requirements (Essential Requirements):
Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing communications and digital departments
Minimum of five years of experience in a professional sports organization or Division I University athletics communications department
A minimum of three years experience managing a team
