Saint Anselm College, a Catholic, liberal arts college in the Benedictine tradition, is seeking a part-time Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the supervision and direction of all aspects of the team. Their primary duty will be coaching, teaching and instructing student-athletes in all aspects of the sport. This individual will also assist in the recruitment of student-athletes, scout opposing teams, and monitor academic progress of the student-athletes. In addition, the assistant coach must become familiar with, adhere to, and enforce all the policies and procedures of the Athletic Department and Saint Anselm College, as well as the rules and regulations of the NCAA, conference, and any other authorities that affect the intercollegiate athletic program of the coach’s sport. Specific areas of responsibility will be assigned by the head coach.
Strong technical skills, and excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree plus relevant coaching experience
Successful candidates will be able to assist the college to
