Assisting the Head Athletic Trainer with practice and contest coverage, general training room services, travel to cover away contests, and strength and conditioning of student-athletes. The Assistant Athletic Trainer will also assist with the purchase of materials and supplies. Serve as the primary Certified Athletic Trainer for women's hockey and provide assistance with non-traditional lacrosse, track and other sports on an as needed basis.
Bachelors Degree; NATA certification; NYS licensure or eligibility to be licensed; current in First Aid, CPR and AED. Valid Driver License and the ability and willingness to travel and perform evening and weekend work are also required.
Masters Degree; NSCA certification; one year of experience in the field which can include graduate assistant or internship experience.
