Required: Bachelor's degree. Proven record of progressive experience in coaching distance events in track and field / cross country. Proven record of adherence to all NCAA academic and compliance regulations. Proven record of successfully recruiting Division I academically and athletically prepared student-athletes.
Preferred: Master's degree. Previous experience as a cross country head coach.
