Campton United Soccer Club is a premier youth soccer club located in the far west suburbs of Chicago with 600 players and over 40 teams. The club competes locally in Chicago Youth Leagues (IWSL, NISL, and IYSA), regionally and nationally within US Club Soccer in the National Premier Leagues (NPL), USYS in the Midwest Regional League (MRL), USYS National League, US Soccer Development Academy (DA) with the U12 boy's side and at numerous regional and national events / showcases. The club has experienced success on both the girls and boys sides of the club. Recently the U15 and U16 girls competed at the USYS Midwest Regionals with the U15 team earning a spot at the USYS Nationals in 2015 and 2016 (3 place). The boy's side was crowned the U18 Boy's 2016 NPL National Champions this past summer.
We are seeking a full-time Girl's Director of Coaching. This position requires mentoring coaches, recruiting and retention of players, curriculum development and implementation across the program and in line with club philosophies. Ideally the coach will have a proven history of developing high-level players that compete and excel at the regional and national levels. Candidate should possess a vision of player development in line with possession-oriented soccer and players being the center of the decision-making process on the field.
The compensation package includes a very competitive salary, 401K option, health care reimbursement option ($150.00 per month reimbursement with proof of your own insurance), and cell phone reimbursement option up to $100.00 per month.
This full-time position consists of coaching a minimum of three to four teams during a seasonal year. Other leadership responsibilities include assisting with the selection, hiring, evaluation and supervising of staff coaches. This position requires the ability to lead and develop various programs and to coach varied age groups, genders and skill levels. Recruitment of new players, selection of tournaments, participating in the try-out selection, signing process of returning and new membership, and preparation and participation in our tournaments, team and summer camps will be required. Candidate should possess and demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills. Administrative duties will include but not limited to player selection for teams, player movement throughout the year, managing and securing club players for team needs and team selection for local and regional leagues. Office duties include email, phone, administrative, league placement, club paper work and other duties as assigned. Weekly schedule includes regular office hours with evening and weekend coaching and mentoring.
