Roanoke College is accepting applications for the position of Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Swimming. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the leadership of our men’s and women’s swimming program.
Duties include student-athlete development, scheduling, budget management, equipment ordering and inventory, public relations, and the recruitment and retention of students. Secondary duties will indeed be assigned.
A working knowledge of NCAA and ODAC rules and the ability to work nights and weekends, with extensive travel, is required.
Qualifications include college coaching and swimming experience.
