Assistant Coach, Women's Track & Field Athletics Department
Williams College, Division III institution and a member of the New England Small College Athletics Conference (NESCAC), is pleased to announce an opening for an Assistant Coach for Women's Track and Field. This is a full time, 10-month, term appointment. The Assistant Coach will work with the women's and men's Track & Field programs.
Responsibilities: Assist the Head Coach of Women's Track and Field in all areas, including:
Bachelor's Degree and collegiate competing or coaching experience required
Preference will be given to candidates with vertical jump or multi-event background and holding a USTFCCCA Jumps or Combined Events Specialist certification or USATF Level Two Jumps or Combined Events certification.
Knowledge and commitment to NESCAC and NCAA Division III policies and strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
Successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to recruit, teach and coach highly talented student-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment
