Job Purpose: Provide exemplary customer service to fans as well as other departments within Georgia Tech (GT) Athletics. Work within the GT Athletics structure and mission in order to increase revenue through ticket sales using industry best practices.
• Provide high-quality customer service across all sport programs/Athletic hosted events. • Partner to maximize revenues through ticket sales and operations. • Provide daily support to aspire new sales and retention staff members. • Assist with ticket reconciliation, cash management, data entry, and daily ticket office operations. • Assist with student ticketing process for all sports. • Build and maintain all ticketing database. • Assist in the building and maintenance of other sports databases as needed. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Tasks may include:
• Assist the Ticket Office with all aspects of ticket sales and operations, including administration of selling, renewing, and distribution of season tickets, mini packs, and individual game sales. • Provide high-quality customer service, including telephone, mail, email and window support. • Assist with ticket reconciliation, cash management, data entry and daily ticket office operations. • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of hourly/gameday staff. • Develop and maintain game day worker training manuals and update game day worker event information sheets. • Manage student ticketing process for all sports. • Assist with parking sales and operations for all ticketed sports and events. • Work all home events of assigned sport(s), as well as all football home events and other select events and provide supervisory oversight at events as needed. • Provide daily support to Aspire new sales and retention staffs, including utilizing date to generating informed sales leads. • Work on special projects and assignments as business dictates. • Process mail and complete other clerical duties as assigned by Director of Ticket Operations. • Must be highly organized, efficient, and have the ability to exercise independent judgment on a consistent basis. • Perform other tasks and ticketing related duties as assigned by Director of Ticket Sales and Operations. • Manage building and maintenance of ticketed athletic events in Paciolan and serve as primary ticket contact for identified sports. • Monitor balance dues for ticket accounts in Paciolan for all sports seasons. • Oversee daily ticket printing for all sports and ticketed events. • Make recommendations to Director on improving student ticketing programs and process.
