The preferred candidate will develop a compelling vision for the future, expanding upon our Ivy League Championship success, while leading a volleyball community highlighting the history of Penn Men’s & Women’s volleyball. Must possess strong in-game strategies, teach modern techniques, use in-depth statistical analysis, and develop recruited student athletes into top performers. Searching for a visible, interactive, transparent, and accessible leader with the capacity to educate, inspire, and drive change through common purpose and unquestionable professional and personal integrity.
A Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Successful experience in coaching women’s volleyball as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach at the collegiate level preferred. A thorough knowledge of and commitment to compliance with the rules, regulations and policies of NCAA. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Collegiate recruiting, directing camps/clinics, and fundraising is required. Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel nationally required.
