The Graduate Assistant will assist in all aspects of a BCS collegiate diving program. Specific responsibilities include, daily coaching, travel, assisting with video breakdown and analysis. Additional duties include assisting with practice preparation, game day preparation, equipment management, and creating recruiting content/graphics/material.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and acceptance into one of Indiana University’s Graduate School programs on the Bloomington campus for the upcoming 2018-2019 academic year and be enrolled full-time as a graduate student during the academic year. Other qualifications include excellent computer skills, organizational and time management skills, a basic understanding of NCAA rules and regulations, etc.
Preferred Experience: Candidates should be organized, punctual and attentive to detail and possess enthusiasm, excellent oral and written communication skills, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to following Big Ten and NCAA rules.

Additional Salary Information: This is a 10-month appointment in accordance with the academic calendar year August 2018-May 2019 and August 2019- May 2020. Compensation includes a monthly stipend, graduate tuition remission for 9-12 credit hours each fall and spring semester, and student health insurance.
