Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 for our Sports & Leisure Division at Rutgers University/Athletics! The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating an atmosphere that assists in enticing patrons and their families to come for the scheduled events and enjoy the activities on game day. The Executive Chef 2 will also be responsible for all football game day catering that can cater up to 3000 fans/donors. The Executive Chef 2 will oversee the culinary operations for an innovative, high end catering program for a very high end, high profile client. Campus athletic facilities include: 52,454 seat Football Stadium, 8,000 seat Basketball Arena, as well as other contracted athletic facilities on campus. All Sodexo venues also host non-collegiate athletic events, such as concerts, cheer sports, high school playoffs, Graduation, Band Competition, etc. Other high profile events include "R Awards", a sit down dinner for 1000 student athletes and guests and "50 Yard Line Dinner" a 250 donor/guest sit down dinner catered on the 50 yard line of the stadium.
