The Director of Operations for Men’s Soccer will assist the Head Coach and members of the coaching staff in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the men’s soccer program. Duties and responsibilities include: coordinate all aspects of team and recruiting travel, coordinate facility and practice schedules, manage program budget, coordinate campus recruiting visits, assist with the ordering and distribution of equipment, coordinate alumni/donor events, and other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree required. Four (4) years collegiate experience with the sport of soccer as a player and/or coach. Demonstrated administrative and organizational experience as well as excellent communication and strong computer skills required.
Experience in a NCAA Division I athletics program or operations experience with a club soccer organization.
