Mitchell College is looking to add a seasoned Head Volleyball Coach and Intramurals Director to our championship winning roster of full-time coaches. Reporting to the Athletic Director, the incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining a successful women’s volleyball program for the College. Along with coaching, the incumbent will be responsible for recruiting and administrative duties, in accordance with Mitchell College, New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) and NCAA Division III regulations. In addition, this individual is responsible for the organization and oversight of the Intramural program, including evening and weekend coaching/programming.

Required Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in recreation, sport management or related field preferred. • Relevant Collegiate coaching experience • 1-2 year’s work in a College Athletic Department • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, and staff. • Current and valid driver’s license. • Current First Aid, CPR & AED certification.
