PRIMARY DUTY: The Head Soccer Coach will be responsible for providing leadership to the soccer program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.Is responsible for all aspects of the women’s soccer program including on the field coaching 2.Is responsible for the recruitment of all team members 3.Administers all aspects of the soccer program including scholarship allocation, budget management, team transportation, conditioning and academic monitoring 4.Supervises and directs assistant coaches 5.Assists the athletics director with preparation of budget and scheduling 6.Engages in fund raising activities as assigned 7.Teaches courses in the School of Health Science & Wellness as needed 8.Performs other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS: This position must work and travel nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. This position must purchase and maintain a cellular device and service that will be used for work functions. This position must be responsible for plan choices, calling areas, service features, terminations clauses, and paying for all charges associated with the cellular device and service.
