Penn State Shenango is now accepting applications for a newly created position of Student Services Associate. We are looking for a dynamic individual to provide support services to our student body. Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, planning, coordination and evaluation of student-focused programs and services including leadership training, and orientation. Assist in the investigation and analysis of routine inquiries and develop responses as required. Assist in the development of internal and external communications about student activities. Counsel and advise students, student groups, and student organizations. Serve as a liaison with other offices. Candidates with Intercollegiate Women's Volleyball coaching experience and experience working within higher education preferred. Typically requires a Master's degree or higher or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position is a reduced 75% FTE position (30 hours per week), eligible for full benefits.
