The University of South Dakota Head Women’s Soccer Coach is responsible for all aspects of administering a Division I women’s soccer program including but not limited to: oversight of office management; coaching; scheduling; recruiting; assuring progress of the student-athletes toward their degree-completion and graduation; APR; administering scholarship program; fundraising and public relations; and operating the program within budget and in compliance with institutional, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
This is a full-time 12-month position.

Bachelor degree required, master’s preferred. Applicants must have knowledge of how to administer a collegiate soccer program, preference given to those who have D1 experience. Candidates must have excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills. Must have the ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision and the flexibility to travel, work weekends and evenings when necessary. The selected candidate must successfully pass the NCAA recruiting examination and receive certification in CPR/AED/First Aid.
