In addition they will complete the following: Monthly Reconciliations: Bank accounts Sport Excellence Funds Interuniversity transactions for assigned Financial Units Travel Advances Capital Expenses Review and approve monthly reconciliations prepared by the Senior Accountant Assist with monthly projections for assigned financial unit Assist with annual budget preparation across all Athletic Financial Units; serve as primary contact for assigned financial unit Serve as cashier and assist with registrations at external events & camps Prepare & review quarterly the business office policy and procedure manual Provide exceptional customer service to everyone that interacts with business office Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Experience: This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business/accounting or similar concentration Master’s degree plus 3 years’ experience is preferred Prior experience with EADA report and NCAA Agreed upon procedures preferred Experience with financial auditing is preferred Benefits:
