The University of Alabama Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is soliciting applications from qualified individuals for the position of Assistant Director Outbound Ticket Sales. This position is responsible for cultivating season ticket, mini-plan, group ticket, and individual ticket sales for Football, Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Gymnastics, Softball, Baseball and other ticketed athletic events while reaching assigned contact and revenue goals. The Assistant Director of Outbound Ticket Sales is expected to provide a superior level of customer service both over the phone and in-person towards current and potential ticket purchasers.

Rrequired minimum qualifications are a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of sales or marketing experience; OR Master's degree and some sales or marketing experience. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Software products and other related software.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Public Relations, or Sports management is preferred. Experience within an intercollegiate athletics department and/or professional sports organization in a marketing, tickets sales and/or development role is preferred. Working knowledge and experience with Spectra (Paciolan) Ticketing Software and associated products is also preferred.
