Leads the department in education, monitoring, enforcement and maintenance of an NCAA compliant department culture; investigates and reports on rules infractions to the NCAA and MAC.

Bachelor’s degree. Two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Background in PC applications and databases. Ability to develop positive rapport with students, administrators and coaches. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to direct and perform detailed work with accuracy under time demands. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
Master’s degree. Division I Athletics experience (preferably in the Football Bowl Subdivision). Experience with application of NCAA financial aid guidelines. Supervisory experience.
