Primary responsibilities are to manage all facets of ticketing operations for the Athletics Department and to serve as the day to day liaison with combined university box office (Ticket Central).

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Recreation, Sports Management or other related field. One year of relevant experience. Demonstrated knowledge of and work experience with Microsoft Office software. Successful organization and management of events. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
Directly related experience in Division I Athletics Ticket Office. Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing system.
