Assistant to Head Women's Swimming Coach and assists with daily duties of a Division I swimming program. Duties include but are not limited to coaching, recruiting, practice schedules, team travel, develop training program, etc. Conduct must conform to NCAA, MAC, and university policies.
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
2-3 years of coaching experience collegiately and/or 2-3 years of high level club coaching experience.
Exposure to the collegiate recruiting process.
Administrative experience in running collegiate, club or high school swimming.
Communication and other skills
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations with demonstrated exemplary ethical conduct and conformance to NCAA rules and regulations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills
2 years of college recruiting experience.
Swam or coached at the division 1 level.
Demonstrated success/experience with athletes on the collegiate level.
Experience with Hy-Tek Meet Manager and Team Manager.
