Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.
Assist fans and donors with the purchasing of single, mini-plan, and season tickets via phone and walk-up sales.
Assist managers with event setup, game day operations, as well as event reconciliation as needed.
Assist ticket operations staff with the process of creating invoices and mailing to fans and donors.
Coordinate the daily printing and mailing of single, mini-plan, and season tickets.
Process mail daily, including receiving and tracking payments in ticketing database.
Prepare and submit work orders and purchaser orders for the areas of Ticket Operations, Ticket Sales and Promotions/Fan Engagement.
Coordinate, arrange and process travel per university policy.
Assist in various office projects and provide additional administrative assistance in office, as needed.
Comply with all NCAA, Big 12 and Texas Tech University rules, regulations and policies.
Provide a high level of customer service to fans and donors.
High school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for required experience on a year for year basis.
Previous experience in ticketing.
