The College of William & Mary, an NCAA Division I member of the Colonial Athletic Association, is seeking to hire to fill this integral role on the Football staff. This position will help coordinate the operational and administrative activities of the football program. Duties will range from interacting with current players, prospective players, team travel, recruiting material, to assisting with the Colonial All Pro Football Camp. Responsibilities include assisting the Asst. AD of Football Operations with all team travel needs; acting as the football team’s advance person, traveling ahead of the team to insure hotel readiness. Duties also include helping organize official and unofficial campus visits with prospects and their families. This person will handle all incoming communications from recruits regarding their visit. Proficiency in Microsoft Photoshop highly desired.
Associate’s degree preferred. Experience with Ellucian Banner or similar systems preferred. This position reports to the Asst. AD of Football Operations. This is a full time, 12-month, non-exempt position with full benefits. Review will begin Sept. 9, 2017.

Additional Salary Information: Up to $31,000 commensurate with experience.
