Reports to the head Swimming Coach/ and assists in all phases of operation of the men’s and women’s varsity swimming. Duties will include assisting with coaching at practices and meets, recruiting, budget, travel arrangements, home meet management, summer lessons and camp coordination, as well as other responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree required.
The qualified candidate should have competitive swim coaching experience at high school, club, intercollegiate, or professional level
Prior experience in staff supervision, program planning, teaching and aquatic management and computer skills are expected.
Candidate must have a strong commitment to the academic achievement of student-athletes, good communication and organizational skills.
Current certifications in Lifeguarding and CPR are required,
Coaching/competing at intercollegiate athletic level
WSI certification preferred.
