Assists in all strength, conditioning, and flexibility programs and operations for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Serves as the Director of Women’s Basketball Strength & Conditioning.
Duties include, but are not limited to: assist in all aspects of training for women’s basketball; maintain an open line of communication with the other members of the strength staff, women’s basketball coaches, and athletes; assist with the upkeep and maintenance of the weight room; be available to meet with recruits when asked by basketball coaches; perform special assignments and projects.
Bachelor’s degree required; at least two (2) years of experience at a NCAA Division I Institution, the NBA/WBNA, or high school level desired; CSCS certification by the NSCA or SCCC certified by CSCCa.
