Position Summary The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach will assist with coaching (both game day and training), administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach will primarily involve supervision and training of the goalkeepers.
Description of Job Duties Specific duties include, but are not limited to: assist in the training and development of the team and individual players, oversee the training and development of the goalkeepers, coordinate team travel, develop scouting reports, provide academic support, and attend administrative meetings.
Qualifications Knowledge Skills and Abilities The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach must be able to represent UIW in a positive manner when performing all aspects of the job, must have specific knowledge of the goalkeeping position, ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures. Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.
Required Education Bachelor's degree
Required Work Experience Experience coaching soccer at the collegiate level required. Experience coaching goalkeepers required. Experience playing soccer at the collegiate level required.
