Colgate University, an NCAA Division I member of the Patriot League Conference, invites applicants for the position of Head Softball Coach. Responsibilities will include administering all aspects of the varsity softball program including, but not limited to coaching, recruiting, budget management, alumni relations, and fund-raising.
Candidate must demonstrate a significant knowledge of softball, proven success in coaching softball at the collegiate or an equivalently high level, the ability to recruit, develop and motivate Division I student-athletes, a strong commitment to the academic success of student-athletes, knowledge and commitment to University, Conference and NCAA regulations, good communication skills, and strong leadership. A valid driver’s license is required. Baccalaureate degree is required, master's degree preferred.
