The Department of Athletics invites applications for a Baseball Head Coach beginning August 2017. California State University, San Bernardino is a NCAA Division II member, competing in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). The university seeks an individual who has demonstrated success in attracting campus and community support. The CCAA has been one of the nation's most successful intercollegiate athletic conferences since its establishment in 1938. CCAA members have won 153 NCAA Championships (102 men, 51 women) which is far and away the most of any Division II conference.
California State University, San Bernardino (a Hispanic serving Institution) is located in San Bernardino in the Inland Empire, 60 miles East from Los Angeles. CSUSB offers programs through the colleges of Arts and Letters, Business and Public Administration, Education, Natural Sciences, Social and Behavioral Sciences and operates a satellite campus in Palm Desert located in Coachella Valley. CSUSB serves approximately 20,700 students and offers 47 undergraduate, 35 graduate and one doctoral degree as well as 13 programs with national accreditation.

http://csusbathletics.com/Under the general supervision of the Director of Athletics, the incumbent will direct all aspects of an NCAA Division II baseball program including but not limited to: coaching, recruiting, maintenance of a strong academic environment, compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional regulations, retention of students, management of scholarship and operations budget, fundraising, organizing practice, developing season and competition schedule.

Bachelor's degree is required, master's degree preferred. Coaching experience at the collegiate level or higher.
