The Coerver Carolinas Apprenticeship program is for coaches looking to make a career in coaching. Persons will be educated and trained in the Coerver Methodology and utilized across multiple programs as to reach thousands of players per year. Specific positions include North Carolina State Director, Regional Directors in the Carolinas. With the responsibilities and income the positions will provide as one of the highest paying soccer apprenticeship programs in America, we are looking for persons with the ability to work equally well on and off the field. There are multiple positions inside of the organization we are looking to fill, each with their own specific requirements and needs. The apprenticeship program is designed to take what a person is good at, on and off the field, and put them in a role that is perfect for their skill set.
Personnel will be held to the highest standards and will be educated by the World's No. 1 Soccer Skills Teaching Method. The process to become a master of individual player development is long and rewarding. The content and syllabus we use is extremely vast and once mastered you will be beyond reproach.

The higher the education an individual has on these three (3) fields, the higher of an initial opportunity will be. Coerver coaches relate to players and have the unique way of bonding with players as they push them to greatness. This cannot be judged on paper and hence the reason for our apprenticeship program. Persons will be required to relocate to work. The initial month training will be hosted in Columbia, South Carolina and depending on resume and ability, the individuals will be relocated to their place of work for their full time position.
Minimum requirements vary, however, there are up to three (3) spots available with the top candidates being selected.
The positions we are looking to fill will have additional requirements from the State associations and some clubs have their minimum requirements for specific roles.
Additional Salary Information: Initial apprenticeship wage is $100 per day with an estimated 5-6 days per week. After apprentice program, wage is based on base salary plus incentivized programs. Full Coerver staff members receive $160 per day as base pay.
