Thiel College is currently accepting applications for the position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach. This position will be responsible for directing all aspects of Thiel’s NCAA Division III program, and will be expected to abide by and uphold the regulations of the NCAA and the Presidents’ Athletic Conference. Specific duties will include recruitment, retention, coaching, scheduling, team travel, budget management, monitoring student-athletes’ academic progress, classroom teaching, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. Candidate must have a strong commitment to academic and athletic success, with a demonstrated ability to identify and recruit student-athletes, a proven record of outstanding leadership, and strong organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree is required; experience in a successful NCAA Division III program is desired.
