Position Summary: Plan, lead and manage all phases of the intercollegiate diving segment of the women’s swimming and diving program under the direct oversight of the Head Women’s Swimming and Diving Coach. Assist the Head Women’s Swimming and Diving coach in all phases of the specified sport program including, but not limited to, engaging in professionally responsible and values-based coaching, recruiting qualified student-athletes, demonstrate excellent teaching and coaching competencies, achieving competitive results that demonstrate athletic improvement, organization of practice and competition, scheduling, budget management, travel, equipment management, supervision of academic progress, fundraising, alumni and public relations, and compliance with University, Conference, and NCAA rules. Provide leadership in the personal development of student-athletes by projecting a positive and professional image.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Also required, sound knowledge of diving with successful experience in coaching diving on College or club level (Division I, II, III, NAIA, Junior College, USA Diving club). Pass the NCAA recruiting test annually required and USA DIVE Certifications. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with the university’s vehicle use policy.
Preferred Qualifications: Three to four years preferred (Collegiate Experience).
