Campton United Soccer Club is a premier youth soccer club, 501 (c) (3) company, located in the far west suburbs of Chicago with 600 players and over 40 teams. The club competes locally in Chicago Youth Leagues (NISL and IWSL), regionally in US Club Soccer in the National Premier Leagues (NPL) and with USYS in the Midwest Regional League (MRL), and competes at numerous regional and national events. We also have teams in US Soccer Development Academy (DA) on the boys side at U12, U13, and U14.
The Technical Director is taking resumes for a Business Manager (Full-time position) to run all aspects of the club, from Human Resource, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Costumer Service, Advertising, and all day to day business operations. Comprehensive management skills included but not limited to assisting with execution of all short-term and long-term goals, three, five and ten year strategic plans, which includes planning, managing staff and their task list, working with volunteers, team building, financial acumen, knowledge of grant writing, governance and management of a non-profit organization, administratively supporting tryouts, team and age group meetings, managing website, social media, indoor building, soccer fields, referee assignors, all league affiliations, and club registration software and communications systems.
Extremely well organized and the ability to manage many tasks at the same time. Customer service and the ability to interact with membership with the highest level of care is extremely important.
The compensation package includes a very competitive salary, 401K option, health care reimbursement option ($250.00 per month reimbursement with proof of your own insurance), and cell phone reimbursement option up to $100.00 per month.
Possession of at least a bachelor's degree in business or sports management, an MBA would be preferred. Excellent communication skills and thorough working knowledge of Microsoft software, word, excel, PowerPoint, or Mac equivalent pages, numbers, and keynote. Knowledge of and experience in the sport of soccer is a plus but not required. Extremely well organized and the ability to manage many tasks at the same time. Customer service and the ability to interact with membership with the highest level of care is extremely important.

Our full-time professional coaching staff control and run all aspect of the club including coaching, training, programming, and curriculum. The club owns a 22,000 sq ft indoor facility and utilizes over 20 outdoor fields. Our club is comprised of over 40 teams and 600 players ages 5 to... 23. We compete in regional leagues and national competitions whenever applicable for a teams ability and programming.
