This position works under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance and works cooperatively with DRIA coaches and staff, student-athletes, and other constituencies to provide day-to-day monitoring and education of all NCAA and Ivy League rules.
This position, along with all DRIA coaches and staff, is responsible for the integrity of Penn's intercollegiate athletics program and for protecting the reputation of the University through compliance with all relevant rules.
A Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's degree in sport administration or related field is preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with NCAA Compliance Assistant and JumpForward (or comparable recruiting/compliance software) is preferred. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and oral/written communication skills. Must have the ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
