Job Description
Assist the Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance in administering all aspects of a comprehensive, Division I NCAA compliance program. Coordinate continuing eligibility; collect and input APP data; coordinate recruiting, including official and unofficial visits and contact, evaluation and telephone logs; assist with admissions and initial eligibility for freshmen and transfers, coordinate athletic grants-in-aid and National Letters of Intent, implement and/or monitor technology including internal programs like Blackboard as well as recruiting technology; assist with interpretations and rules education; monitor student-athlete employment; assist with periodic and/or ongoing audits scheduled by the Deputy Director of Athletics, and other duties as assigned.


Requirements
Equivalent to graduation from accredited institution in a four-year college or university in one of the behavioral sciences, public, or business administration or a job-related field. Equivalent to two years of professional experience in one of the student services/afffairs program or in a related field. A master's degree in a job-related field may be submitted for one year of the professional experience. Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with computer applications, databases, social networking sites, general office software and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is required. A demonstrated understanding of and adherence to conference and NCAA rules and regulations is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Several years experience working with NCAA Division I rules compliance. Master's degree.
