Job Description
NCAA Division II; Regular; Full-time, one (1) year renewable.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The person in this position will be responsible for implementing a competitive NCAA Divisions II Men’s and Women’s Tennis program and all phases of recruiting, organizing, budgeting, managing, planning (including travel arrangements); planning, finalizing and implementing game plans; in-season and out-of-season player development; coordination of strength training and recruiting activities; other athletic related duties as assigned. Duties are performed within the framework of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. The Men’s and Women’s Tennis coach will be expected to promote good public relations.


Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred; knowledge of current tennis rules and techniques; thorough knowledge of NCAA rules required; demonstrated excellent interpersonal, oral, written and communication skills required; applicants will be required to successfully complete an interview and/or demonstration. Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
