Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitors and reports Intercollegiate Athletics' compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations regarding Admissions, Financial Aid, Eligibility, and Recruitment of student-athletes. * Reports to the Office of the Chancellor on all aspects of Intercollegiate Athletics' Compliance with all rules and regulations of the LSU System, University of New Orleans, NCAA, Sun Belt Conference, and other regulatory agencies. * Ensures compliance of coaching staff and Department of Intercollegiate Athletics staff of current rules pertaining to the recruitment of prospective student-athletes, practice schedules, and the treatment of current student-athletes. * Ensures the completion of all required documentation between the various units responsible for admissions, student housing, and financial aid.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and some experience with NCAA compliance, either at the institutional or conference level. Demonstrated record of academic achievement and high integrity. Detailed-oriented individual who is also adept at making public presentations and works well in an environment of different constituencies. Dedication to compliance to the rules and regulations of the NCAA, Sun Belt Conference and the University of New Orleans.
